As the seed begins to sprout, we journey inward — giving light to the stories and emotions that shaped your voice.
We’ll meet the inner child who learned to stay quiet and uncover generational patterns that muted your truth.
Through sound, movement, and reflection, you’ll gently release what no longer belongs, allowing new shoots of expression to emerge. -

The bloom unfolds through your sacral and heart centers, where sensuality, creativity, and voice meet.
Here, we honor your womb and creative energy. We explore the sacral center — the wellspring of creation, sensuality, and emotion.
You’ll learn to tend to your creative energy, heal stored trauma, and express your truth through voice and movement.

In this final phase, your voice, heart, and energy come into full bloom.
